No. Plenty of people come for Saturday only, and that's fine — it's the biggest day and the one with the group photo. Just tell us which days on the RSVP so we don't set a place for you at Friday dinner and wonder where you went.

Yes. Bring them. Just count them in your headcount on the RSVP so we've got enough food and a shirt in the right size. Nobody's ever been turned away from this thing and we're not starting now.

$100 per adult and kids (6-17) is $50. That covers meals, the venue, and your t-shirt. It does not cover your hotel room or other amenities — those are booked separately, and details for both are on the RSVP page.

Warm, not brutal. Detroit in July is usually low eighties, and Belle Isle catches the breeze off the river. There'll be shade and cold drinks all afternoon. Light clothes, comfortable shoes.

Plenty. Saturday on Belle Isle has family games and a whole island to run on, and the Henry Ford is a solid rainy-day backup. Put your kids' ages on the registration form so we can plan around them — and fair warning, the older cousins usually take the little ones off your hands by noon.

Just email [email protected] and let us know. No explanation needed, no hard feelings — we'd rather adjust the count than set out food for people who aren't coming. Same goes the other direction: if you decide late that you can make it, reach out and we'll squeeze you in. If you've already paid your dues, contact the committee about a refund — food, buses, and shirts get ordered on the headcount we have, so the earlier you tell us, the more we can do.

Cancel your hotel room separately by calling the Hilton Garden Inn directly. Our block only holds if family members book it, so releasing a room you won't use helps everybody.
